You would be on the packaging line packaging seed to ensure our customers have the product they need for the upcoming planting season.
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Must be dependable and able to work independently or in a team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to make decisions when needed
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and other comparable software
- Ability to be flexible and change from one task to another
- Able to lift up to 65 lbs, stand, bend, twist and climb
- Good fine motor skills
- Must possess good sound judgement and decision-making skills
