As a Seed Production Associate, you will be involved in all facets of seed production (corn & soybeans). Unlike a traditional manufacturing role, you will experience a variety of responsibilities throughout the year.

In spring and summer, you may be assigned to teams supporting a variety of responsibilities. You could spend time inspecting and maintaining our seed crops or you could support other roles at the plant. This is also the season we have teams doing maintenance on our production equipment and other maintenance and pm items.

Fall is a busy season with harvest and seed packaging in full swing.
In the winter, you could be cleaning, treating & packaging seed, supporting maintenance work, warehousing and shipping seed to ensure our customers have the product they need for the upcoming planting season.

Must be dependable and able to work independently or in a team environment
Forklift experience is a plus
Able to lift up to 65 lbs, stand, bend, twist and climb
Must be able to work in the heat, cold, etc.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to make decisions when needed
And other duties and responsibilities as needed throughout the year
